My name is Larlin Neumann, I am 38 years old and I am passionate about advocating for our children's education in Grand Rapids.
As a dedicated mother of six, with four currently enrolled in the district—a Senior, a Sophomore, a Fourth Grader, and a Third Grader—I understand the importance of a robust and supportive educational environment.
My journey began over nine years ago as a business coach, empowering entrepreneurs with the right mindset and personal development tools to achieve success.
Together with my husband Dru, I co-own million-dollar businesses, including our latest CloudKii.
Our work is driven by the same principles I wish to bring to the school board: dedication, integrity, and a commitment to making a lasting impact.
In the business world, I have earned a reputation for my unique mix of passion, knowledge, and patience. Clients frequently commend my ability to guide them through complex challenges and achieve remarkable growth.
For example, Dave Kombucha Lindenbaum, a successful entrepreneur, has credited me with providing just the right steps and resources to grow his multiple businesses. Paul Neil, another client, describes my coaching as motivational and reassuring, setting him at ease and driving him to achieve his goals confidently.
Living in Grand Rapids for nearly a decade has strengthened my resolve to contribute meaningfully to our community. My experience as a survivor has equipped me with resilience and a deep understanding of the importance of support systems—qualities I believe are essential for effective school board leadership.
I am committed to ensuring that our schools provide the best possible education for every child.
I believe in transparent decision-making, equitable resource allocation, and fostering a community where parents, teachers, and students can thrive together.
Join me in making our schools a place where every child feels valued and empowered. Together, we can create a future of honest leadership and lasting impact.
I am eager to bring my experience and dedication to the ISD 318 School Board and work collaboratively with the community to prioritize our children's education and well-being.
